The Central Florida Pledge provides a platform for community engagement, business networking, and pledge-based programs for Central Florida businesses and residents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting forms
– Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. SMS and Text Messaging

The Central Florida Pledge SMS program is operated by Ginsburg Family Foundation, Inc. You may choose one or both of the following types of messages at the mobile number you provide:

Marketing: recurring event invitations, community campaigns, and promotional updates.
Transactional: confirmations, reminders, and schedule or venue changes for events you register for.

Each message type has a separate, optional consent checkbox that is unchecked by default. Consent to one type does not authorize the other. You must provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. SMS consent is not a condition of signing The Pledge, participating in an event, or making a purchase. Signing The Pledge, subscribing to email, or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or email hello@centralfloridapledge.com. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details about how we handle your information.

5. Intellectual Property
